Is there a free trial?
Free is permanent, not a trial. You can use the core product without a credit card indefinitely. Plus adds reconciliation, Smart Mode, and 12-month history — start free, upgrade when the loop needs those.
What is the founder rate?
The first 500 Plus subscribers lock in at $79.00/yr for the life of their subscription. The rate holds through any future price increases as long as you stay subscribed. Once those 500 seats fill, the standard Plus rate ($99.99/yr) applies.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from Settings → Plan → Manage Plus. Plus features run until the end of the paid period, then the account drops to Free. Committed plans stay visible read-only; new monthly commits require Free or Plus access.
Is there a refund window?
30 days from purchase. Email support@holdfastbudget.com within 30 days for a full refund, no questions.
How is billing processed?
Stripe handles all payments. We never see your full card number. Renewals are automatic on your subscription anniversary; you receive a receipt by email after each charge.
